Qstyle reserves the right to reject a customer’s request for products or services, including where the advertising of the products or services or their notice for sale may be treated as unlawful. All customers who use our Site are responsible to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including without limitation import laws, restrictions and regulations that are enforced in their jurisdiction.

Customs, duties & taxes
When ordering from our Site, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Qstyle has no control over these charges.
Shipping and packaging
Orders will be shipped the day after the payment is credited. Approximate delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on the buyer’s location. Qstyle is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by AnPost, import procedures and the customer himself.
Some products require special packaging which will be provided by Qstyle. Due to the nature of the product, Qstyle is not responsible for the product quality caused by a delivery delay which was not caused by Qstyle itself, therefore it will not take any responsibility. Qstyle does not accept returns of specific products because they lose their important qualities.
Age of majority
In order to use the Site and establish a customer account, all users must be of the age of majority in the relevant jurisdiction and have the necessary licensing to purchase the products offered on this site.
Law and jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles or provisions. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
