is a product from the family of biostimulators, i.e. substances that stimulate the synthesis of our own collagen. It owes its properties to the composition, which consists of carboxymethylcellulose constituting 70% of the preparation, and polycaprolactone particles evenly suspended in it (30%). Carboxymethylcellulose is responsible for the tissue filling effect visible immediately after the procedure. Medical polymer – polycaprolactone, thanks to a perfectly smooth particle with a size of > 20 ?m, encapsulates after application to the skin. A skeleton is created for the mesh consisting of high-quality type I collagen that improves skin density. As a result of these processes, Ellanse is not only a filling treatment, but also a rejuvenating treatment that restores skin density and firmness. Full integration of the preparation with the extracellular matrix makes that it is practically imperceptible, which allows for a natural-looking effect of the treatment – both at rest and during facial expressions. Ellanse is safe and completely biodegradable, and no allergic reactions or granulomas are observed after its administration.
